Human Resources/Skill&Mind Development - Staff

Qualification :

• Male/Female Age 23 - 27 years old.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resource, administration or any related field
• TOEIC Score at least 400 points and good command both speaking skill and writing skill.
• Minimum 1 year experience HRD function such as competency, Job description and training.

Responsibilities :

• Apply DENSO global competency to use with human resource development system.
• Control and monitor the talent system and cooperate with concerning department.
• Support skill and mind training course for improve the associates’ technique skill and productivity.
• Summarize and report to superior every month.
• Interpret the superior’s assignments into action plan correctly.
• Handle the others assignment as assigned by superior.
