Human Resources/Skill&Mind Development - Senior Staff
Qualification :
- Male/Female Age 27 years old up
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource, administration or any related field
- TOEIC Score at least 400 points and good command both speaking skill and writing skill
- Minimum 2 year experience HRD function such as competency, skill standard and training
Responsibilities :
- Interpret the master department plan which is Human Resources Management monitor and manage the agreed master department plan in order to meet theirs accomplishment within the set time frame
- Supervise, follow up and coach to immediate subordinates on day-to-day operation ensuring that Human Resources Management are provided in a professional manner high efficiency
- Control, coordinate and provide the training course that improving the associates fulfill skill and knowledge related to improve their capability to be in line with their core competencies required
- Control, coordinate and support ISO/TS16949 and Organization
- Provide monthly report of all concerned duties together with the comment and suggestion
- Handle other assignment as assigned by the superior
