Regional HR Strategic Planing (senior officer)
Qualification :
- -Bachelor's Degree or higher HR / any field with GPA > 2.50 up
- -Age between 28-30 years
- -At least 5 years of Human Resource mainly focused on HR Strategic Planning. For example; Promotion Structure, Performance Evaluation, Compensation and Benefits Planning, Talent Management.
- -Familiar with the relevant labor, regulations related to HR fields
- -Passion for innovative HR solutions and process improvement, strong project management
- -Positive attitude, good human relation and good communication skill.
- -Proficiency in English communication with TOEIC score 600 points up.
- -Able to base at Bangbo Office, Samutprakarn province.
Responsibilities :
- -Hand-on role of Regional HR
- -Provide full HR support for overseas group company
- -Drive HR function and process for overseas group company
- -Deploy HR policy to OGC in a region
